Rates do not include 12.6% CDF, state & local tax. Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person charge for over 17 years old is $10 per person. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is by 11:00 a.m. Room reservation is guaranteed with your valid credit card. If you need to cancel, please notify us by 3:00 p.m. the day prior to your arrival date. If not canceled at least 24 hours prior to arrival time, your credit card will be charged for one night’s stay. These internet rates are available only through the web site and subject to change prior to reservation. Holidays may be higher as shown. Special non-cancelable reservations may occasionally be offered

Credit Cards - A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve a room.  The morning of arrival a hold authorization  will then be implemented for the full amount of your stay plus 20% to cover incidentals.  If you are using a debit card, funds will be frozen at the time of authorization.  Credit or debit cards failing authorization will cause your reservation to be cancelled.  A cancellation of the authorization will be sent to the processor within 24 hours after checkout for those guests who wish to pay in cash or use a different card, the processor and your bank may take an additional 48 hours to cancel the hold authorization on your debit card account.

We reserve the right to refuse service. Persons reserving and responsible for the room must be at least 21 years old and present in the room. Our hotel is not for parties, rude or loud activities. Visitors must register at the front desk and are limited from 10am to 9pm. No visitors or unregistered guests may use the pool, hot tub or consume breakfast items. Breakfast items are for consumption in the breakfast room/lobby areas only. Please do not take breakfast food back to hotel rooms.

Parking, pool usage and hot tub use is at your own risk. Although we have not had a serious accident or criminal incident, we can no warrant said event from occurring. No life guard is on duty, Branson city law requires persons under the age of 18 to be present with a legal adult in the pool or hot tub area.
